When can I use a discount code?

You can use a discount code on any order that meets our $75 free shipping minimum. Please note that discount codes cannot be combined with other discounts (no discount stacking) and do not apply to items that are already on sale. If you have any issues applying a code, feel free to reach out to us at lightandletterco@gmail.com.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not at this time, but we’re hoping to expand shipping options in the near future! Stay tuned and follow us on Instagram @shoplightandletterco for updates.

Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?

We begin processing orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, please email us as soon as possible. While we can’t guarantee adjustments after submission, we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

I placed an order but didn’t get a confirmation—what should I do?

If you didn’t receive an email confirmation within 10 minutes of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, email us at lightandletterco@gmail.com and we’ll help.

Shipping & Processing

How long does processing and shipping take?

Orders typically take 5–7 business days to process before shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. We currently ship within the U.S., and delivery times vary depending on your location.

Do you offer custom or personalized designs?

Yes! We offer custom work on a limited basis. If you have a meaningful idea—whether it's a personalized design, a favorite scripture, or a special gift—we'd love to hear about it. Our custom pieces are created with the same heart and intentionality as the rest of our collection. Returns & Issues

What's your refund policy?

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your item, as long as it’s unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Approved returns will be issued store credit only. Please email us at lightandletterco@gmail.com to begin the return process.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Oh no! If something isn’t right, please email us right away (within 24 hours of receiving your order) at lightandletterco@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

How should I wash and care for my item?

Please review our washing instructions below:

Shirts:

  • Wash inside out to protect the print.
  • Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle.
  • Use mild detergent (no bleach or fabric softeners).
  • Hang dry or tumble dry low.
  • Do not iron directly on the design.
  • Avoid washing with heavy or abrasive items (like jeans or towels).

Mugs

  • Hand wash recommended to preserve vibrancy long-term.
  • Dishwasher safe (top rack) – but over time, repeated dishwasher use can cause fading.
  • Do not use abrasive scrubbers or cleaners.
  • Microwave safe

Tumblers:

  • Hand wash only – even if labeled dishwasher-safe, hand washing extends life.
  • Do not soak for long periods.
  • Avoid abrasive brushes or harsh cleaners.
  • Not microwave safe.

Canvas Bags:

  • Spot clean or hand wash gently with mild soap and cold water.
  • Do not bleach or use harsh chemicals.
  • Air dry only – do not put in dryer.
  • Iron inside out on low heat if needed, avoiding direct contact with the printed area.
